Making Money with inyouri.com
Every time someone buys an edition of one of your Art Works from you (i.e. an initial sale), you earn 50% of the price.
If that edition is resold by the new owner, you earn 15% of the price.
Once you have earned 10 Credits or more, you can click on "Redeem Credits" to transfer them into your Paypal account.
Artists' Agreement
All uploaded Art Works must be originated or appreciably manipulated digitally.
They must be UNIQUE to the inyouri.com website, and have never appeared anywhere else, nor may they appear anywhere else after uploading to inyouri.
What Digital Art can be uploaded?
inyouri.com can accept JPEG images created or manipulated using a computer (i.e. not just a digital photo or scan of conventional media). In the future we plan to accept animations, etc.
Since inyouri is freely available to people of all ages and cultures, we do not (yet) have an Adult area.
Copyright
inyouri.com will only accept Art Works which are the copyright of the Artist. Copyright always remains with the Artist.
inyoui.com will only accept Art Works that have NOT appeared in any other format or on other websites.
In this way, inyouri.com offers only unique, exclusive Works, so that they can obtain a higher resale value through limited availability.
Using inyouri.com
* You must join the site.
* You MUST OWN THE COPYRIGHT of any Digital Art Work you upload.
* Art Works will usually be approved by inyouri.com and appear on the site within 48 hours of submission.
* You agree not to reproduce or upload an Art Work you've put on the inyouri.com website anywhere else.
*An Art Work CAN NOT be removed from the site if any editions have been bought.
* Once an Art Work has been uploaded, the number of copies in the Edition can not be changed.
* Thumbnail versions are presented at low quality. Only bought Editions can be viewed at excellent quality in Full Screen size.
How the money works
When a Collector buys an edition of your Art Work, you earn 50% of the intial sale price. When the image is resold, you will earn 15% of the resale price. The credits you earn will appear in your inyouri.com balance. inyouri.com will also take a percentage of each sale.
Copyright remains with you. Images can not be click-and-dragged off the site, and only Collectors who have bought an Edition can view it full screen.
Once you have earned 10 Credits or more, you can click on "Redeem Credits" to transfer them into your Paypal account.
inyouri.com's Agreement
inyouri.com does not own the copyright of any Art Work uploaded to it.
inyouri.com will not reproduce any Art Work, nor make it available to anyone other than through the inyouri.com purchasing system - it exists solely on the site as a streamed image.
inyouri.com will always display a running credit balance for logged-in Artists and Collectors, barring unforseen technical problems.
Credits can be redeemed via PAYPAL only
Thumbnail versions are presented at low quality. Only bought Editions can be viewed at excellent quality in Full Screen size.
A backup copy of every Art Work is held on inyouri.com's server computers.
All Transactions are recorded, and the Trading Records are backed up on inyouri.com’s Server computers.
