After an image is uploaded, inyouri.com is the only platform where it has any monetary value recognised by the Artist.
The Artist does not recognise the authenticity of an copy (printed, downloaded or duplicated in any way). The only authentic version is streamed from the inyouri.com website, and the making or sale of any copy is fraudulent.
Making Money with inyouri.com
Every time a you re-sell an Art Work you have bought on the site, you will earn 70% of the price.
Once you have earned 10 Credits or more, you can click on "Redeem Credits" to transfer them into your Paypal account.
What is Digital Art?
Imagery, both static and dynamic, formed or constructed using a computer (i.e. not just a digital photo or scan of conventional media).
Works on inyouri.com are not available anywhere else.
Any Art Work you buy from inyouri.com can be offered for resale only on inyouri.com.
What am I buying?
Buying a Work gives you exclusive ownership of the particular Edition you have purchased.
Ownership gives you the right to:-
a) view the image on any digital device that can access the internet.
b) trade the work to other Collectors within the site.
It does not give you the right to re-use any image from the inyouri.com website, for any reason, commercial or otherwise. Copyright remains with the Artist.
Collectors' Agreement
All Art Work bought on the inyouri website is for private use only. Commercial licensing may be offered in the future.
"Ownership" of an Edition of an Art Work means that you have sole viewing and trading rights to it as it is streamed on the internet to your screen. Copyright remains with the Artist
You agree not to offer anybody any printout, download, Digital copy, etc, of any Art Work on the inyouri website, for profit or otherwise.
If you re-sell an Art Work, a percentage of the sale price will be sent to the Artist, and also to inyouri.com.
inyouri.com’s Agreemeent
inyouri.com does not own the copyright of any Art Work uploaded to it.
inyouri.com will not reproduce any Art Work, nor make it available to anyone other than through the inyouri.com purchasing system - it exists solely on the site as a streamed image.
inyouri.com will always display a running credit balance for logged-in Artists and Collectors, barring unforseen technical problems.
Credits can be redeemed via PAYPAL only
Thumbnail versions are presented at low quality. Only bought Editions can be viewed at excellent quality in Full Screen size.
A backup copy of every Art Work is held on inyouri.com's server computers.
All Transactions are recorded, and the Trading Records are backed up on inyouri.com’s Server computers.
